today i am going to show you how to cut marble tiles. it is pretty easy with a tile saw. look, i am going to measure how wide the tile is going to be. then i push the tile into the diamond saw blade. can you see how much water is coming out? i am going to explain why that is in a sec. here on the bottom of the saw blade is a water reservoir. there are high and low level markings on here. the reservoir of this saw holds 2.1 quarts.

here on the front you can set the cutting angle. there is the on and off switch also. and then this guide. it is adjustable. on the table is a scale. you can see how thick the saw blade is. under the cover is the diamond saw blade. the cover prevents water to spritz in your face. one or the other may or may not like the water spritz in the face, but in this case we need to conserve as much water as possible. we cannot continuously refill.

the saw blade transports the water from the reservoir to the top and washes the fine marble dust out. the water returns to the reservoir, and the saw blade stays cool. i am going to show a closeup. at least as good as i can. you can clearly see how muddy the water gets. this is caused by the white marble dust. better to have the dust in the water than in your lung instead. we are going to put a few tiles together to see how this fits. looks great!
